Viktor Kuznetsov

Head of 1C group

Viktor has been working in the 1C-Enterprise systems implementation industry since 2001.

For more than 20 years, he has worked in all possible roles of the implementation project, having gone through a career path in development from a junior developer to a technical architect, and at the same time, in consulting from an ordinary analyst to a functional architect

During this time, Victor took part in several dozen projects and gained experience in implementing all standard 1C solutions.

Recently, he has acted mainly as a Project Manager, both on the side of the Contractor and on the side of the customer.

Victor has extensive experience in implementing 1C at manufacturing enterprises such as Rusal, Eurosib, Iskitim Cement Plant JSC, URSA Eurasia, in the fuel and energy sector - on projects of PJSC ROSSETI, PJSC Inter RAO, GMT Gazprom, and also experience in various enterprises of wholesale and retail trade, catering.

At ALPE consulting, Victor leads the 1C direction, expanding the company's competencies in this area, and also oversees the training of qualified specialists.

Andrey Devochkin

Project Manager
Experience working with SAP AG software products since 1999. He has been working at ALPE consulting since 11.201 as a project manager. He has extensive experience in the functional areas of MM, SD, PP, PM, PS.

In addition to project management, Andrey participates in the implementation of projects for the implementation and development of systems as a leading consultant on logistics functionality and as an architect of integrated solutions.

He is engaged in integration solutions: EDI exchange with contractors, internal EDI exchange between systems, integration with MES systems, EDO, Honest Sign and other integration solutions using SOAP and REST.

He participated in implementation and support projects at enterprises of various industries: Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Petrochemistry, Aircraft maintenance and repair, Household appliances, Food industry, Russian Railways.

Anton Morgunov

Head of the SAP-Finance Practice Group, Senior Consultant at FI

He has been working as an SAP consultant since 2003 and as a 1C finance consultant since 2023.

Has certificates: SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting with ERP 6.0 EhP6 and SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (S4/HANA 1809) and 1C Professional:ERP Enterprise Management.

Participated in more than 20 SAP and 1C implementation projects in large Russian and international companies.

Alexander Varfolomeev

Head of SAP and 1C Support Service

Since 2012, he has been working in consulting and information systems support, and since 2015 he has been directly involved in SAP AG products.

He started his career in SAP consulting as an intern in ERP and Cloud for Customers solutions support.

In 2017, in partnership with SKB Kontur, he implemented his first project to introduce electronic legally significant document management in SAP. Since then, more than 20 such projects have been implemented in the role of consultant and project manager.

During his time at ALPE consulting, as an expert, he participated in a large number of marketing events and master classes for specialized specialists.

Currently, he continues to develop in the field of EDI, manages projects for the localization of SAP systems in the Russian Federation, and also heads the support department, which is responsible for the development of about 40 clients who continue to use SAP systems and have switched/implemented to 1C.

Konstantin Gachechiladze

Head of the SAP-ABAP/Basis Practice Group.

Since 2006, he has been working as an SAP consultant (ABAP development).

He is certified by: SAP Certified Support Associate - SAP HANA 1.0. During this time he participated in more than 30 large SAP projects.

He is the head of the Basis and Development group, organizes, directs and is directly involved in the development of extensions to the standard SAP functionality, eliminating flaws and failures that are not reflected in SAP Notes.

Provides consultations on optimization, performance, fault tolerance, and security of SAP products in terms of extension code and additional developments. .

Mikhail Prusov

Specialist Basis

Since 1998, he has been working as a consultant, and subsequently as the head of the SAP group on the basis of projects and operational support. SAP has been engaged in more than 20 years, thanks to which it has extensive experience in the practical administration of SAP productive systems.

He has extensive experience in migrating SAP systems between Data Centers, from Cloud environments to onprem-infrastructure and back.

Experience in installation and basic support of SAP S/4HANA/ and ERP products, BW/4HANA and BI, SAP Marketing, SAP CRM, SCM, SRM, TM, EM, BPC, EWM, PO/PI/XI, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, BusinessObjects/Data Services, Content Server.

Experience in installation and basic support of SAP products on Linux, IBM AIX, Sun Solaris, MS Windows, HP-UX platforms.

Experience in installation and basic support of SAP products with SAP HANA, Oracle, IBM, DB2, MS SQL, Sybase ASE, MaxDB DBMS.
