Mr. Alexander Schachner
Chairman of the BoardAlexander Schachner is the founder of ALPE consulting. Under Alexander’s direction ALPE consulting has successfully completed over 70 projects and has established new offices in St.Petersburg, Povolzhye, and Ekaterinburg. Presently, Alexander Schachner holds the position of Chairman of the Management Board and is responsible for the strategic business development. Prior to ALPE, he was the Head of Sales at Siemens Business Services from 2001 until February 2006 responsible for the company’s corporate clients. Alexander first came to Russia in 1994 after completing his military service in Austria and a long journey through the Himalayas. He started a company in the tourism industry which later on became one of the leading Russian tourism operators – UTE Megapolus Group. In 1997 he moved back to Austria to continue working in tourism, this time responsible for the development of the Russian strategy and direction of some of the largest tourism operators in Austria. In 2001 he moved back to Russia to join Siemens Business Services. Alexander holds a Diploma in Economics from the Wirtschafts- und Fremdsprachenakademie in Salzburg, Austria.
Mr. Stanislav Malyshev
General Director, ALPE consulting PartnerStanislav joined in 2007 as Head of Delivery and now he is Deputy General Director and is responsible for ALPE consulting’s business operations in Saint-Petersburg. He has been working with SAP Logistic solutions for over 15 years. Before joining ALPE consulting from 2000 to 2005 Stanislav worked as a freelance consultant on large international projects, like GLOBE Nestle project in Switzerland and several projects with SAP AG at the headquarters in Waldorf, Germany. He started to work with SAP solutions back in 1998 working for Debis IT Services CIS and continued to work in Russia after 2005 doing several projects as a Project Manager. Stanislav holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from Yaroslavl State University.
Andrey Devochkin
Project manager. Partner ALPE ConsultingAndrey graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Precision Mechanics and Optics at the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Management in 1998 (now it is the famous ITMO, a leading university in the IT field). While still at school, he participated in the development of an automated workstation for the Designer of Small Boats.
He began working on SAP solutions in 1999 at Debis Systemhaus GmbH and after the reorganization of this company into T-Systems, he worked there until 2010. He started his career at T-Systems as a programmer, then as a consultant, and led the logistics group. In 2008, he became the head of the system solutions department, formed to develop the system integration area.
V ALPE Consulting has been working as a project manager since November 2010. He is also a Leading Consultant for Logistics and Integration Solutions in this area. Participated in a large number of Russian and international projects.
Mr. Paul Bieber
Finance DirectorPaul Bieber has been working at ALPE consulting as the Finance Director since January 2014. He is also a Partner in the company GSS (Glavny Strakhovoy Sovetnik) and was previously the Chief Financial Advisor for GSS Global Survey Services and Business Development Director for OOO Open Link. For many years Mr. Bieber worked for Austrian Airlines in various positions most recently including Area Controller C.I.S. and Financial Director of the Representative Office in Russia, having started his career as Manager Finance & Administration in the early 90's in Libya, Africa. Paul holds a MSc. in Social and Economic Science from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and is fluent in German, English and Russian.
Elena Pimenova
Chief AccountantElena is a person who knows everything about the company’s finances, and the company’s reputation depends on her professionalism. Has a diploma in "Finance and Credit" from Leningrad State University. For more than 15 years, he has headed the accounting and reporting department at ALPE consulting and organizes effective interaction between the accounting department and other company structures.
