ALPE consulting is not a newcomer to the market of Uzbekistan. Successful work experience prompted the company to create a branch.

A year earlier, in December 2016 ALPE consulting launched a project to implement an information system based on SAP ERP solutions in the company IMZO AKFA

The goal of the project was to create a comprehensive management system in IMZO AKFA and to establish primary financial accounting (formation of Form 1 "Balance" and Form 2 "Report P and U"). The scope of the project included the introduction of standard modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, WMS, and an interface with KLAES and LISEC.

The project had a number of functional features - close integration with the external production line management system based on KLAES solutions and the LISEC assembly line.

The productive start of the production line management system KLAES was in January 2017, and the productive start of the ERP system was April 1, 2017. Such a step-by-step approach allowed less painful passage of the transitional period at the production site, and reduced the overall risks of the project.

IMZO AKFA - the first in Uzbekistan automated factory for the production of windows based on European technologies. The factory is an actual and, in its own way, unique project for Uzbekistan.

In the fourth quarter of 2016 ALPE consulting started another project - the implementation of an information system based on SAP ERP solutions in the company ARTEL.

ALPE consulting consultants created a complex system of management of the ARTEL service centers. This system effectively interacts with external CRM system and contact center (developed on the basis of solutions of MS Dynamics).

The scope of the project included implementation of modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, WMS, basic functionality of HR, and also interface with external CRM system and contact center.

The productive start of the system was in May 2017.

ARTEL is the Uzbekistan brand of home appliances and electronics. In 2011 ARTEL in cooperation with the world's leading manufacturers, such as Samsung, Midea, Odul, built a huge industrial complex for the production of home appliances and electronics. Thanks to the "price and quality" ratio of the products produced, ARTEL shows steady growth and occupies a significant share of the Uzbekistan market. The company constantly increases the export of its goods to the largest markets of the world, such as the CIS region, Europe, the Far and Middle East and others.
