Stanislav has been working in the project area of ERP solution implementation for over 26 years. He first started working with solutions in 1998, working at Debis IT services CIS. With his participation as a logistics expert, several large projects for the implementation and integration of products were successfully completed in such companies as the Kres-Neva tobacco factory and Izhorskiye Zavody. From 2000 to 2005, Stanislav worked on large international projects in Switzerland and Germany as an expert and project manager. Since October 2007, he has worked as the director of the north-western branch of ALPE consulting. Since 2022, the company, under his leadership, has expanded and transformed its IT practice, switching to the implementation and support of Russian developments, focusing on 1C solutions.

Has been working at ALPE consulting since November 2010 as a project manager.

Has extensive experience in the functional areas of Material Flow Management, Sales, Production Planning and Management, Project Planning and Management, Equipment Maintenance and Repair.

In addition to project management, takes part in the implementation of systems implementation and development projects as a leading consultant on logistics functionality and as an architect of integrated solutions.

Works on integration solutions: EDI exchange with contractors, internal EDI exchange between systems, integration with MES systems, YUZEDO, Honest Sign and other integration solutions using SOAP and REST. Extensive experience in 1C projects and transition from the SAP system to 1C.

Participated in implementation and support projects at enterprises in various industries: Automotive industry, Mechanical engineering, Petrochemicals, Aircraft maintenance and repair, Household appliances production, Food industry, Russian Railways.

Since the beginning of 2014, Paul Bieber has been the CFO of ALPE consulting. Mr. Bieber is also a Partner at GSS-Chief Insurance Advisor LLC, previously he held the position of Chief Financial Advisor at GSS Global Survey Services and Director of Business Development at Open Link LLC. For many years, Paul worked at Austrian Airlines as the CFO of the Russian representative office, an auditor for the CIS countries, and began his career at the airline as a manager for financial and administrative issues in Libya. Paul Bieber holds a degree in sociology and economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He speaks German, English and Russian.

Elena is a person who knows everything about the company's finances, and the company's reputation depends on her professionalism. She has a degree in Finance and Credit from the Leningrad State University. For over 15 years, she has headed the accounting and reporting department at ALPE consulting and organizes effective communication between the accounting department and other company structures.
