Carve out, localization and store of Russian Accounting data (according with Order 62N from 16.04.2021, FAS 27/2021)

On January 1, 2024, the requirement of the Federal Accounting Standard 27/2021 on storing accounting documents data in the territory of the Russian Federation came into force.

Failure to store accounting documents in the prescribed manner constitutes an offense provided for, depending on the organizational and legal form of the violator, by Part 1 or Part 2 of Art. 13.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

According to Art. 17 of Federal Law No. 402, the official responsible for compliance with the procedure for storing financial statements, as a general rule, is the head of the organization.

At the same time, data from the SAP system is difficult to transfer to the 1C system in its original form, due to the large difference in architecture. And the required volume of storage of historical data makes manual entry a titanic task.

ALPE consulting, using the LeanDI tool, correctly transfers data, allowing SAP users to work with the exported archive of business transactions and master data in a familiar interface and with the same convenience. Based on the archive data, it becomes possible to launch financial reporting, reconcile with counterparties and prepare responses to requests received from the tax inspectorate. The law on the placement of the electronic archive of the General Ledger on the territory of the Russian Federation is fully observed.

The project provides:

Import of reference, business and transactional financial data of SAP ECC for any period of time. Based on the archive data, the formation of the company's financial statements, reconciliations with counterparties and preparation of responses to requests received from the tax office. 

The archiving frequency can vary from 1 day to 1 year.

Implementation of analogs of reports launched in the following SAP ERP transactions: FBL5N, FBL1N, FBL3N. The specified reports are additionally enriched with the following information: names of clients/suppliers, TIN, information on corresponding, local and cost accounts.

Access control is carried out either through the organization's authorization system or is configured in the system.

Selecting parameters for building reports is similar to selecting parameters in SAP ERP. Reports can be downloaded in Microsoft Excel and CSV formats.
