We continue our webinar series dedicated to the SPM (Scheduling and Monitoring System) product line for managing complex discrete production and planning production-logistics chains (developed by RAIGHTSTEP).

Many enterprises face the following challenges:

  • Order deadlines are missed due to the lack of transparent production monitoring or procurement deviations.

  • Unproductive loss of working time and lack of up-to-date information due to missing materials and components in stock, opaque production processes, etc.

This happens partly because employees are not actively involved in the system’s operational use.

At the same time, managers, foremen, or specialists cannot always use a computer at their workplace to respond promptly to changing situations. Meanwhile, the sales department lacks information about the current order status, estimated deadlines, and the availability of components and materials.

In these situations, the SPM mobile interface provides quick and easy access to system information.

During the upcoming webinar, we will:

  • Provide a detailed overview of the SPM system’s mobile interface.

  • Demonstrate a role-based scenario from customer order creation to finished product release.

Previously, we discussed various versions of the SPM solution and the possibility of rapid migration from existing systems. You can view the webinar recording and answers to questions asked during the webinar here: link

SPM covers key production management levels:

  • Demand management (forecasts, customer orders, master production schedule)

  • Long-term planning and capacity balancing (demand planning)

  • Medium-term production and supply planning (MRP, APS planning, and other algorithms)

  • Supply management (SCM, VMI)

  • Operational production planning and control (APS scheduling, MES)

As always, you will have the opportunity to ask our experts questions both during and after the webinar.
