URSA – transition from SAP to 1C
The URSA company is the Russian division of the ETEX group of companies, a leading global manufacturer of building materials.
The specialists of ALPE Consulting LLC successfully completed the project of transition from the SAP accounting IS to 1C:ERP, as a single information platform for a manufacturing company including 3 production lines, a network of remote warehouses, a Head Office, Trade Representative Offices in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Belarus at the enterprises of URSA Eurasia LLC.
LAPP
LLC "LAPP RUSSIA" specializes in the production and supply of cable and wire products of Russian manufacture under its own brand FLEXICORE®.
The aim of the project was to create a unified information environment for the core business of wholesale trade in intermediate goods, and to optimize the process of shipping goods from a warehouse to customers. The receipt of operational and reporting information on the availability of inventory balances in the article/series sections was organized; the efficiency and transparency of the employment of participants in warehouse logistics processes and the management of the enterprise's internal logistics were increased.

ALPE Consulting specialists implemented the "1C:ERP Holding Management" system as a replacement for the previously used SAP solution. Users were also trained in the principles of working with the program. Currently, consulting and technical support for users is provided.
