Linx Cloud, a cloud business solution provider, and ALPE Consulting, a company specializing in business automation and ERP system implementation, are launching a new service that enables the migration of archived data from SAP to a secure cloud. The solution was developed in response to market demand related to companies' transition to domestic software and the need to maintain access to historical SAP data, Linx representatives told CNews.

The service ensures the complete migration and storage of master and transactional financial data from SAP ECC for any period of time, compliant with the requirements of the Russian Tax Code and Federal Law No. 402-FZ "On Accounting," which regulate the mandatory retention periods for accounting and tax documents. Posting documents, business partner information, charts of accounts, and other critical data are migrated to the Linx Cloud cloud infrastructure. A key feature of the solution is its implementation of complete SAP ERP report analogs (FBL5N, FBL1N, FBL3N), supplemented, in particular, by the names of client and supplier companies with their tax identification numbers, as well as details on corresponding, local, and expense accounts.

Users access the archive through a web interface with access control, similar to the familiar SAP interface, minimizing employee training costs. The service also provides functionality for reconciliation with counterparties and preparing responses to tax authorities' requests, significantly simplifying accounting and tax reporting processes.

The service is available to companies of all sizes, with implementation times starting from two months. Data is stored in Linx Cloud within Russia, with the option of geographic distribution for additional fault tolerance. The solution complies with the Federal Accounting Standard.

In the future, the service can be integrated into a wider range of solutions related to migration from SAP to domestic ERP systems.
